The reason for emigration is due to political, security and economic factors that are not always under control, but this does not prevent some of them from being proposed, such as the establishment of the Ministry of Planning and Technology that includes local and international specialists, the development of education, increasing investments that create job opportunities for young people, intensifying efforts and communicating with expatriates and restoring their confidence in Lebanese politics, Applying laws, respecting human beings and their rights, and setting policies for the advancement of human resources in general in the areas of population, employment, unemployment, health and education.

Technology, in its essence, is not a system of values, but a tool that can be directed either towards fragmentation or towards the internal strengthening of identity. Therefore, the real challenge lies not in rejecting or embracing digitalization absolutely, but in reframing it within a conscious cultural framework.
