We suffer and speak, but we do not forget. We suffer with a heartbreak for all the fallen victims. We speak and rejoice over all the deterioration of the living and economic conditions in Lebanon.

I frankly have no confidence in these circulars. I advise depositors not to sign, because they hide bad intentions. All these circulars carry bad intentions, unless the depositor’s situation is tragic and there is a need to withdraw his money, but in any case, I do not have confidence in these circulars.
