Al-Zuhairi: The concept of social justice oscillates between being absent and being overlooked, whether intentionally or unintentionally, as a result of direct and indirect factors. However, the result is the same, as it negatively impacts the protection of human dignity and opportunities for a decent and dignified life, access to humanitarian, medical and educational services, support for those with limited income and below, and securing supportive opportunities for middle-class and below-middle-class groups.

Job burnout is a state of chronic stress that arises when work demands exceed an individual's capacity to cope without adequate support or compensation. Teachers are uniquely affected by this, as their work is not merely the transmission of information, but a deeply emotional and demanding task that drains their psychological resources daily.

Technology, in its essence, is not a system of values, but a tool that can be directed either towards fragmentation or towards the internal strengthening of identity. Therefore, the real challenge lies not in rejecting or embracing digitalization absolutely, but in reframing it within a conscious cultural framework.
